Customer Support Options

Like most betting sites, 22Bet tend to prefer to point customers in the direction of Live Chat rather than e-mail or phone. It makes sense as it’s a quick and cheap way of communicating and we generally found their Customer Service agents to know their stuff, be polite and helpful.

They have an information section, which has some useful information, but they would benefit from having a set of FAQs. These are very helpful to customers who want to avoid getting in touch with Customer Service entirely and can resolve many queries that way.
