Moneyline

Bet on who will win, lose or draw.

Put simply, a moneyline bet is a straight-up wager on the game’s outcome. Three-way moneyline soccer bets have three possible results: team one wins, team two wins, or there is a draw. This is an important distinction, as bettors should keep in mind that, unlike in other sports, a draw will not be considered a push if you’ve bet on one of the team to win. Over/Under Bets (Goal Line)

Wager on total number of goals

Rather than bet on which soccer team will win or lose, players wager on the total number of goals scored during the game.

In soccer betting, over/under betting doesn’t require players to wager on the final outcome of the game, rather the total number of goals scored. Typically, the sportsbook will set the number of goals to be scored by both teams, and the player wagers on if there will be more, or less goals scored.

Soccer futures require players to bet on what they believe the final outcome will be. Although this may sound similar to three-way moneylines, double chance bets or even draw no bets, futures give the player a few more options.

So, in this example, you’ll bet on either a City win or tie, or a United win or tie.

Draw No Bet

Bet on who will win or lose; draw is not an option.

Soccer draw no bets remove the option of a game tie from the bet options.

As you’ve probably realized, online soccer betting types involve the result of the game more than a point spread. When players place a draw no bet, if the game results in a draw (also known as a tie) your bet will be returned.

For example, let’s say Liverpool is listed on the Asian handicap at -1.0 and -1.5 against Everton, with odds of 1.55. The odds apply to both scenarios – so if Liverpool win by two or more goals, you would cash both bets at 1.55; if Liverpool wins by one, the first bet is a push (and therefore returned) while the second loses; if Liverpool draws or loses, both bets lose.
