For the first time since SummerSlam 1992, WWE is bringing a stadium show to the United Kingdom: WWE Clash at the Castle! In the shadow of Cardiff Castle, WWE’s biggest superstars will do battle in the Welsh capital as the Scottish Drew McIntyre challenges the Undisputed WWE Champion, Roman Reigns.

The last time WWE hosted a major show in the UK, national hero The British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith defeated Bret Hart to win the Intercontinental Championship. Drew McIntyre will be flying the Saltire in Wales in an attempt to become the first British wrestler to win the WWE Championship on British soil.

Read on for the latest Clash at the Castle WWE odds and our exclusive predictions. Odds courtesy of BetOnline.

WWE Undisputed Universal Championship Match – Roman Reigns

Wrestler Latest WWE Odds
Roman Reigns (c) -170
Drew McIntyre +130

The ‘Tribal Chief‘ Roman Reigns has now exceeded 700 days as champion after overcoming Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. In a frankly crazy Last Man Standing match, Reigns put Lesnar down for the count despite the ring literally being upended!

On paper, 2-time WWE Champion Drew McIntyre shouldn’t pose as much of a threat to Reigns as Lesnar did. While Reigns overcame McIntyre at Survivor Series in 2020, the champion shouldn’t overlook a resurgent Scottish Warrior. McIntyre has been on a tear as of late and the chance to create a moment of immortality at Principality Stadium will be a huge motivating factor to the Scotsman.

Despite winning the Royal Rumble in 2020 in front of a live crowd, many of McIntyre’s key moments as champion were overshadowed by the pandemic. I don’t think McIntyre will let the opportunity to win both championships in front of over 60,000 fans go past him.

Ultimately, I’m predicting Roman Reigns to win simply because he is dominant on a level we haven’t seen in years. That being said I, like many fans, will be hoping to see Drew finally get his big moment in front of the fans.

WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship Match – Liv Morgan

Wrestler Latest WWE Odds
Liv Morgan (c) -450
Shayna Baszler +275

Liv Morgan escaped the clutches of Ronda Rousey in controversial fashion at SummerSlam but the plucky underdog scored the pinfall to continue her fairy-tale reign as Smackdown Women’s Champion. Her next challenger is a rejuvenated Shayna Baszler who seems to have re-discovered her edge, reminding us of her NXT and early main roster days (such as her record-breaking display at Elimination Chamber in 2020).

The sports betting odds heavily favor Liv Morgan and I honestly can’t argue against her. Liv is displaying heart and grit even in the face of the Submission Magician Baszler. The looming specter of Rousey, who has taken to randomly showing up despite her suspension, will concern both champion and challenger. But I’d expect Morgan to retain at Clash at the Castle.

Intercontinental Championship Match – Sheamus

Wrestler Latest WWE Odds
Gunther (c) -600
Sheamus +350

The Celtic Warrior is one of the most accomplished wrestlers in WWE history. After debuting in 2009, Sheamus has won the WWE Championship, the United States Championship, multiple Tag Team Championships, the Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank, and even the King of the Ring. But surprisingly, Sheamus has never held the Intercontinental Championship!

Sheamus will be looking to complete his trophy cabinet at Clash at the Castle but he will face stiff competition in the form of the Ring General, Gunther. The imposing Austrian has been dominant since debuting on Smackdown and has stunned crowds with his massive chops.

It stands to reason that this all-European affair will take place in Cardiff and it would certainly be a career highlight if Sheamus were to triumph on Celtic soil. The odds are very much against Sheamus but I wouldn’t be so quick to discount the Irishman who has shocked bookmakers ever since he dethroned John Cena after less than six months in WWE at TLC 2009.

Six Woman Tag Team Match – Bayley, Dakota Kai, & IYO SKY

Wrestlers Latest WWE Odds
Bayley, Dakota Kai, & IYO SKY -500
Bianca Belair, Asuka, & Alexa Bliss +300

Triple H set out his vision for WWE early with the debut of a major new group: Damage CTRL. Bayley returned from injury alongside Dakota Kai (who had been out of contract) and IYO SKY (Io Shirai had been rumored to be leaving WWE previously). The two NXT favorites have made a massive impact on the main roster already in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament (despite missing out in the finals to underdogs Aliyah & Raquel Rodriguez).

Bayley’s group immediately came into conflict with Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair and her allies Asuka and Alexa Bliss. Although they aren’t a formal group, Belair, Asuka, and Bliss are an exceptional trio with 11 world championships between them. They absolutely shouldn’t be discounted but they are not united in the same way as Damage CTRL.

I believe that Bayley will see her group to victory and continue her push towards Bianca Belair’s championship.

Seth Rollins vs Matt Riddle – Seth Rollins

Wrestler Latest WWE Odds
Seth Rollins -165
Matt Riddle +125

Originally slated for SummerSlam, this rivalry has turned explosive with both Rollins and Riddle holding nothing back. From behind-the-scenes conflict between the two men, to brawls around the arena on Monday Night Raw, this match has become extremely personal.

Although Matt Riddle has enjoyed great success recently, Seth Rollins is consistently one of the top wrestlers in WWE. Despite falling short against Cody Rhodes, Rollins remains a formidable and crafty opponent. Furthermore, a win against Riddle will surely put Rollins into contention for a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship. All in all, I expect Rollins to leave Cardiff victorious.

Edge & Rey Mysterio vs The Judgment Day – Edge & Rey Mysterio

Wrestlers Latest WWE Odds
Edge & Rey Mysterio -140
The Judgment Day +100

Edge has been tormented by the Judgment Day since he was unceremoniously ejected by the group several months ago. The Rated-R Superstar picked up a win over Damien Priest in his hometown of Toronto, but this has done little to quell the animosity between Edge and the Judgment Day.

In order to even the odds, Edge is teaming with the legendary Rey Mysterio to take on Finn Bálor and Damien Priest in Cardiff. Edge & Mysterio were Tag Team Champions together almost 20 years ago look set to recapture the magic in Wales. But the imposing figure of Rhea Ripley casts a shadow over the match, and I think she could play a key role at Clash at the Castle.

AEW All Out Odds

AEW betting fans are excitedly awaiting All Out which airs live from Chicago on September 4th. The main event will see home town hero CM Punk take on AEW World Champion Jon Moxley in a rematch following Moxley’s demolition of Punk in Cincinnati.

Here are our exclusive predictions and the latest AEW odds for All Out, courtesy of SportsBetting.ag:

AEW World Championship Match – CM Punk

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
Jon Moxley (c) -110
CM Punk -130

After CM Punk had to step away from the ring due to injury, former champion Jon Moxley became the Interim AEW World Champion and went on an absolute tear through AEW. Moxley faced CM Punk in an unification match and to say it was one-sided would be generous. Moxley decimated Punk to become the first ever two-time AEW World Champion.

It looked like Punk was about to step away from it all again, but his hometown crowd of Chicago rallied behind him and inspired Punk in a true Hollywood moment. Can this story have a fairytale ending? Can Punk overcome a champion like Jon Moxley who is absolutely in the prime of his career? The bookies are split, but I can guarantee you that the Chicago crowd will be cheering their hearts out for Punk. I have to go with CM Punk to win it all in Chicago.

Interim AEW Women’s Championship Match – Toni Storm

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
Toni Storm -120
Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. +200
Jamie Hayter +400
Hikaru Shida +550

After AEW Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa was forced to step aside, an interim champion will be crowned at All Out. Former champions Dr. Britt Baker and Hikaru Shida will face Jamie Hayter and the #1 contender, Toni Storm. Storm was slated to face Thunder Rosa one-on-one prior to her injury, so I feel that Toni Storm will become champion in Chicago. But you’d be crazy to discount Baker, especially with Hayter as her backup.

Will MJF Appear at All Out?

During the controversy surrounding his whereabouts prior to the Double or Nothing PPV, there were serious questions raised around whether MJF would even show at the PPV. Ultimately, he did and was squashed by Wardlow. But it was what happened next which has become legendary.

On the June 1st episode of Dynamite, MJF delivered a passionate and angry promo mostly targeted towards AEW owner Tony Khan. It’s a truly legendary promo and MJF was cut off after demanding to be fired by Khan. MJF has neither been seen nor mentioned on any AEW programming subsequently.

The situation still drives massive debate online about whether or not we’ll see MJF again in AEW. The current AEW odds would point towards MJF not appearing at All Out, but with the controversy surrounding the World Championship scene – who knows?

NXT: Worlds Collide Odds & Predictions

Wrestling fans have a veritable smorgasbord over Labor Day weekend as NXT and NXT UK collide. NXT UK is coming to an end as it makes way for NXT Europe, but the brand’s biggest stars have invaded NXT 2.0 where they are looking to make a name for themselves in the US.

At NXT: Worlds Collide, the US and UK men’s and women’s championships respectively will be unified in a pair of massive match ups. UK Champion Tyler Bate takes on US Champion Bron Breakker, while US Champion Mandy Rose takes on both UK Champion Meiko Satomura and #1 contender Blair Davenport.

Here are the latest NXT odds and our predictions:

NXT / NXT UK Championship Unification Match – Tyler Bate

Wrestler Latest WWE Odds
Bron Breakker (NXT Champion) -200
Tyler Bate (NXT UK Champion) +150

I think that two-time NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate will cause an upset and become the first unified NXT Champion. Bate greatly impressed against the giant Von Wagner on NXT 2.0, so expect massive things from the Englishman.

NXT Women’s / NXT UK Women’s Championship Unification Match – Blair Davenport

Wrestler Latest WWE Odds
Mandy Rose (NXT Women’s Champion) -160
Meiko Satomura (NXT UK Women’s Champion) +130
Blair Davenport +500

Despite pre-conceptions and criticisms from the internet wrestling community, Mandy Rose has had a strong run as NXT Women’s Champion. Toxic Attraction has greatly impressed on both NXT 2.0 and Smackdown with Rose at the forefront. Rose’ brutal dissection of Zoey Stark at NXT: Heatwave really underscored her position as champion.

Enter the Final Boss Meiko Satomura and #1 contender Blair Davenport from NXT UK. Satomura is a legendary figure in the Japanese joshi industry competing in WCW, Stardom, and others across an almost 30-year career. Satomura dethroned the Forever Champion Alba Fyre and tore the house down in multiple matches against Davenport.

At NXT: Worlds Collide, I think Davenport will steal the unified titles. I feel that the bookies are overlooking both Satomura and Davenport in favor of Rose. With Gigi Dolan out through injury, Rose is missing her backup and may struggle against two seasoned veterans. That being said Mandy’s V Trigger finisher is deadly and may surprise her opponents, but I’m still backing Davenport to win it all.
