AEW Revolution Betting Odds & Predictions

Here are the latest real money sports betting odds for AEW Revolution 2023, courtesy of BetOnline:

AEW World Championship 60-Minute Iron Man Match – MJF

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
MJF (c) -5,000
Bryan Danielson +900

MJF unseated Jon Moxley as AEW World Champion back at Full Gear in November, thanks in part to the stunning betrayal of Mox by William Regal. In turn, MJF took out Regal (who departed for a new backstage position with Triple H at WWE) which drew the ire of Bryan Danielson.

The stage was set for this match-up when Danielson met MJF’s conditions by beating a cavalcade of stars. Danielson’s condition made this a 60-minute Iron Man match, a match type which absolutely benefits a wrestler of Danielson’s skills and conditioning. After one hour, the competitor with the most falls (pins, submissions, etc.) will be named the AEW World Champion.

In theory, Danielson should absolutely have this match in the bag. The American Dragon has displayed amazing stamina since his arrival in AEW, particularly in his gruelling 60-minute time limit draw against “Hangman” Adam Page.

However, MJF is a devious competitor who can hold his own against the best in the world. This is only MJF’s first PPV defense (and second overall), so I don’t think that MJF will lose the title in San Francisco.

AEW Women’s World Championship Three-Way Match – Jamie Hayter

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
Jamie Hayter (c) -1,000
Ruby Soho +350
Saraya +450

The AEW Women’s division is currently embroiled in a conflict between AEW originals Dr. Britt Baker and current champ Jamie Hayter versus the outsiders Saraya (FKA Paige) and Toni Storm. Ruby Soho has been torn between the two factions leading up to this three-way title match at Revolution.

Although Hayter has been a dominant champ thus far, this will be her biggest challenge. Saraya and Soho are seasoned competitors and the unpredictability of a three-way match puts the champ at a distinct disadvantage.

My gut feeling is that Hayter will win out, probably by pinning Soho in order to set up a future one-on-one match with Saraya. But Saraya has exceeded expectations since returning from her injury-forced retirement at Full Gear. Could Saraya capture her first world championship since 2014? Honestly, I would be inclined to place a wager on Saraya as she has some great odds currently and I could definitely see Saraya leave the Chase Center as AEW Women’s Champion.

AEW World Trios Championship Match – The House of Black

Wrestlers Latest AEW Odds
The Elite (c) TBA
The House of Black TBA

After re-capturing their AEW World Trios titles after a gruelling best of seven series against Death Triangle, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks will now defend their titles against the dark forces of the House of Black. This match is particularly intriguing for backstage reasons, which could definitely play a factor into how this match plays out.

The rumor mill has been abuzz with questions regarding the future of former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega. Omega’s contract with AEW was said to be up in January and a potential move to WWE has been touted in recent weeks. Many will be watching this match with an eye to this being the end of the road for the Elite in All Elite Wrestling.

My feeling is that the House of Black will finally capture gold in AEW. Questions have swirled surrounding Malakai Black’s status in AEW but it seems that the House of Black are finally getting the push they deserve. I feel that Black and co. will capture the AEW World Trios titles and I’m intrigued to see what this means for the Elite going forward.

TNT Championship Match – Wardlow

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
Samoa Joe (c) +300
Wardlow -500

Since arriving in AEW, Samoa Joe has been on a fantastic run of form. The “King of Television” has captured the ROH Television and AEW TNT Championships to re-establish himself as a major force in professional wrestling.

On the other hand, Samoa Joe’s rise has put a dampener on that of Wardlow. Wardlow’s white-hot popularity during his feud with MJF has ebbed, with criticism levelled at his booking, but it’s undeniable that fans still love him. I feel that Revolution is the perfect opportunity to re-launch Wardlow and I’m looking forward to this heavy-hitting match!

Texas Deathmatch – “Hangman” Adam Page

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
“Hangman” Adam Page -600
Jon Moxley +350

Two former AEW World Champions go head-to-head in a certain classic as Mox and Hangman head into a Texas Deathmatch. This match type was made famous by the Funks and requires a competitor to pin or submit their opponent and ensure that the opponent does not beat a 10-count. This is a notoriously brutal and gruelling match, with several of the Funks’ lasting multiple hours.

While I don’t think Hangman and Mox will last hours (especially with the 60-minute Iron Man main event), I do think that this will be a defining match for both men. I feel that Hangman has the advantage going into Revolution and I’m excited to see Hangman use this platform to catapult himself back into title contention.

Chris Jericho vs Ricky Starks – Chris Jericho

Wrestler Latest AEW Odds
Ricky Starks -400
Chris Jericho +250

If we’ve learned anything in AEW, never count Chris Jericho out. The inaugural AEW World Champion has beaten the odds more times than I care to count, so I don’t doubt that Jericho could and can upset Absolute Ricky Starks.

Although the Jericho Appreciation Society are barred from ringside, Jericho still has the ability and pace to keep up with his younger opponent. Jericho has managed to beat the odds in AEW (often to the disadvantage of his opponents momentum), and I feel that Jericho will be looking to head into AEW’s Winnipeg debut on March 15.
