Kansas City Favored to Beat Philadelphia Eagles

The No. 1 seed Kansas City beating Philadelphia at +1,100 is the favored result for the big game followed by Chiefs over the NFC No. 2 San Francisco 49ers at +1,200 and AFC No. 2 Buffalo Bills over the Eagles at +1,200.
